Symmetry’s integrated data center services offer affordable, scalable, and secure cloud, hosting, and hybrid solutions

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — April 20, 2015 —

Symmetry today announced the expansion of its data center presence through an agreement with Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ZAYO), an international provider of Bandwidth Infrastructure services. Zayo will provide secure, dedicated space to Symmetry in its Oak Brook, Illinois data center just outside of Chicago. The agreement will allow Symmetry to stay ahead of the curve while offering increased options and flexibility to customers as their need for cloud and hosting services continues to grow.

Zayo’s Tier III Oak Brook facility is an addition to Symmetry’s growing data center network and will provide additional flexibility to host and manage entire data centers operations for customers; encompassing multiple platforms, including SAP and non-SAP, integrating 3rd party applications. Symmetry’s hybrid data center solutions are road mapped, built, and supported by industry leading network, infrastructure, security, and application engineer teams.

“Symmetry looks forward to working with Zayo to leverage this enterprise-class facility. Oak Brook’s space flexibility, power and cooling management, and physical security, are impressive,” said Kevin Knuese, Symmetry chief technology officer. “Symmetry’s cloud and hosting solutions continue to expand each day, through the delivery and support of our customers’ entire environments. It’s not only SAP systems we host, we provide complete integrated data center solutions, extending to all 3rd party applications. The additional space in the Oak Brook facility will aid in the continued growth opportunities for our customers, and the expansion of Symmetry data center services.”

“Symmetry is committed to continuously delivering affordable, scalable, and secure services to customers and Zayo is well aligned to support this goal,” said Stephanie Copeland, president of zColo at Zayo. “We look forward to continuing to work with Symmetry and supporting the secure, stable SAP solutions they provide to customers.”
