Symmetry Corporation Ranked in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Fastest Growing Firms Awards

Symmetry Corporation, an SAP® certified hosting partner and industry leader in Basis and security managed services for SAP customers, today announced it has been ranked 8th in the Milwaukee Business Journal Fastest Growing Firms award with a two year growth rate of 27 percent.

“Symmetry has been placed on the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Fastest Growing Firms list for two consecutive years – a great achievement in a down economy,” said Dan Wilhelms, president of Symmetry Corporation.  “Our continued growth is widely due to Symmetry’s unique 21st Century Model for ERP Technical Managed Services.”

Symmetry’s 21st century approach to technical managed services provides SAP customers with an affordable option for expert, U.S.-based technical support.  Traditional support models are based on hourly rates and rely on either expensive consultants for short term on-site contracts or cheaper off-shore services. Symmetry’s business model is different.

“Our clients know that no matter what the situation our Basis consultants have the depth of expertise to fulfill their business needs. Symmetry’s focus on client service delivers peace of mind,” added Wilhelms.

Each client works with a single team of experts, rather than individual consultants. This provides access to a much broader knowledge base and higher quality of support.  The client has 24×7 cell phone access to their team allowing for fast issue resolution in the event of an emergency.  A single contract is formulated for each client with a fixed price, this helps keep budgets on track and establishes trust between the client and provider.

The Fastest Growing Firm award is based on the summation of two consecutive years of growth for a company in the Southeastern part of Wisconsin.  Judging criteria were based on the company’s recorded profit for the last three years in addition the company must have annual revenue of $3 million to $500 million to be considered.  Read more about the article on Milwaukee Journal Sentinel online page.
